From October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021, Give Back Enterprises, LLC will donate to Susan G. Komen at least $0.25 for each processed prescription drug claim when Komen is selected by the consumer as their charity of choice.

Project Access-New Haven (PA-NH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing access to medical care and services for underserved individuals in Greater New Haven.
