Streets of Paradise

Streets of Paradise (SoP) is an outreach and awareness initiative dedicated to building purposeful relationships with the homeless and at-risk communities through no-cost street access to basic life necessities, facilitating access to rapid rehousing and other social services. We provide continued support for success by providing furnishings and basic needs once housed.

Project Access of New Haven, Inc.

Project Access-New Haven (PA-NH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing access to medical care and services for underserved individuals in Greater New Haven. We achieve this mission by mobilizing a volunteer provider network to expand care for uninsured patients and providing patient navigator (PN) and community health worker (CHW) services to help underserved patients access timely medical care and connect with local resources to address health-related social needs.

Marine Toys for Tots Foundation

Delivering hope since 1947, Marine Toys for Tots Foundation helps less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas. By uniting local communities in a common and compassionate cause through their annual toy collection and distribution campaign, Toys for Tots delivers the true meaning of the holiday to those most in need.

Less Leg More Heart is a 501(c)3 charity that serves the disabled community and their support systems by providing education, medical advocacy, peer mentorship, funding for holistic approaches to care, and funding for home services during transition.

Kids First Scholarship Foundation

The Kids First Scholarship Foundation was established to generate donations and resources to support K-12 students, teacher and administrators. Our approach is straightforward and long term: 1)Encourage K-12 students to consider teaching as a career, 2) Provide financial assistance to aspiring teachers enrolled in K-12 teacher education programs, and 3) Serve as a mentor to Kids First teacher candidates on their journey to a degree and licensure.

JDRF’s mission is to provide life-changing therapies, with a focus on curing, treating, and preventing type 1 diabetes and its complications, to the T1D community.

Established in 1965, Fresno EOC is a nonprofit Community Action Agency that provides opportunities, strengthens self-sufficiency, and offers support for all people. We listen to the needs of the communities we serve to create effective programs and services.
